In accordance with a NEW regulation passed all Debit Card and ATM transactions will reflect the available balance in your checking account only.  If you have a fastcash loan or savings account these funds will not be reflected or utilized as an available balance for purchases or ATM withdrawals with your ATM/Debit Card.  You will need to make a transfer to your checking account at which point the funds will be available immediatley for PIN based transactions and next day for signature based. Restated again to clarify, all deposits or transfers made to your checking account will be available immediatley for PIN based transactions and available the next business day for signature based transactions.
